Made to measure terms

1. We hope you understand that once goods are custom stitched (made to measure), they DO NOT qualify for returns or exchanges.

2. Orders that involve made to measure will require additional time for delivery.

• 5 days of additional time incase of blouses and
• 10 days in case of unstitched suits (Salwar Kameez).

3. Orders may take further 5 extra days in busy festive and wedding seasons

4. Kalpana or its agents thereof reserve the right to cancel made to measure  orders in, but not limited to, understated scenarios:

• In case the measurements desired by you cannot be accommodated in the material provided in the product purchased by you.
• In case made to measure order is placed after your product order has already been shipped
• In case tailoring service is temporarily or permanently suspended due to any reason
• In case made to measure order is placed in absence of or after cancelling the product order associated with the Order ID and barcode itself

However this does not mean the cancellation of the product order, This might be subject to cancellation under other, but not limited to, scenarios listed here.
