Returns and Exchanges
Kalpana Online Return Policy
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from Kalpana. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with product return and exchanges.
To return an item, write to us at support@kalpana.net ; a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, you may call us at our customer care number +91-8595533695, which remains available at 11 AM-6 PM IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday).
Kalpana is not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Returns Policy Terms & Conditions
- If you wish to exchange the size of any item(s) purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store address (given below) within 7 days from the date of receipt of your Product.
- Send us unboxing/unpacking video of parcel
- Enclose the completed Returns Form and original tax invoice.
- To exchange damaged or faulty products, kindly inform us within 24hrs from time of delivery of product via WhatsApp or email. Kalpana will not entertain any communication of exchange received after 24hrs from time of delivery.
- Return postage costs & exchange postage costs will be at your expense. Rs. 200/- will be charged as return packing and transit cost. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Kalpana.
- Once we receive the item(s) to be returned, we shall initiate the exchange at our end. If an exchange is not possible, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No refunds will be made.
- In case the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code/size/ colour ) from what was ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund.
- Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via bank account transfer. In case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No cash refunds will be made. Please contact customer service to organize reverse pick-up in such a case.
- Goods purchased from physical stores cannot be returned/ refunded/ exchanged online.
- Online purchases cannot be returned/ refunded/ or exchanged at Stores.
- No refund will be done for custom stitched products.
- No refund will be done for fabric sets post cutting & stitching.
- No guarantee for Colours, Zari and Fabrics. Dry Clean Only.
Please note that you will be responsible for all returning costs and charges and also for all risks of loss or damages to the Products. The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described in the paragraph above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
** Please note we will provide you with the credit note for product exchange which will be valid for 365 days. (In-store & Online)
Kindly ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better
- You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt.
- You include your original Kalpana tax invoice with the return.
- Goods purchased during sale, on discounted or during promotions cannot be returned or exchanged
- A completed Returns Form accompanies your returned item(s).
- If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Kalpana reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
- Item(s) bought on sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for size, except where the item is faulty or defective. If an exchange is not possible at our end, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. The redemption voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period.
- The item is in original saleable condition:
- The identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal;
- The Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged:
- Any sewn labels are still attached.
In case of Delivery Fraud Please note:
No Fraud Complaints will be entertained without unboxing/unpacking video.
Our packing process includes a 3 sticker security system.
Step 1: ITEM + DOCUMENTS is put into box. Box is taped. Warning Sticker is affixed on box ['Send us a video if outer Brown Paper Kalpana Packing is Missing.'].
Step 2: TAPED BOX is put into Tamper Proof Brown Kalpana Paper Envelope. Envelope is Cross Folded. Kalpana Stamp is affixed at four-fold top corner across three layers of the envelope. Paper envelope is sealed with tape. If tape is removed/opened: Envelope will tear, also, resealing will not be possible because of three layered stamp at top corner. Waring Sticker: ['Send us unpacking/unboxing video if: 1. Brown Paper pack looks tampered or broken. 2. If Stamp is misplaced or incomplete.']
Step 3: BRANDED TAMPER PROOF BROWN BAG is then packed intoShipping bag with Kalpana Stamp and warning sticker: ['Send us unpacking/ Unboxing Video if Kalpana Stamp is missing on White Shipping Envelope. No Fraud Complaints will be entertained without unboxing/unpacking video.']
